  Dear Industry Partner,

  We can't believe it is here already!  It is time to plan for our 2025 SNA NH Annual Conference and Vendor Show! Our members are eager to see and hear what new and exciting products you have to help strengthen their programs. The Conference will once again be held at The Grappone Center, 70 Constitution Avenue, Concord, NH, on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.  This Vendor Show is all about you and your products, so please RSVP to become an SNA NH Sponsor for the 2026 SY or reserve your booth.

  The SNA NH Vendor Show gives you the opportunity to meet with decision makers from several districts across the State of New Hampshire at one show! 

  We have heard your requests and will be providing you with the following:

  • Vendor Show - Director’s only hour from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Open to all attendees 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
  • List of all attendees with District will be provided to all vendors.
  •  Labels with attendee contact information provided in each attendee packet to allow for ease of exchange of information with vendors.
  • All booths will be provided a front and back table to allow for maximum display area.
  • The kitchen will be available to have your food cooked/heated by their Grappone chef (Please note, no vendors are allowed in the kitchen.)
  •  Any equipment brought into the exhibit hall must fit within your 8x8 booth space(s).
  •  Booth Registration Price is $1,150.00. 
  •  Please see the Sponsor Information page and Registration for the various Sponsorship levels and Early Bird and regular pricing. 
  • Remember if you are a sponsor you do not need to complete the Vendor Registration.  You will automatically receive a booth and tables to display at the vendor show. 
  • All other payment must be made in full prior August 9, 2024, unless other arrangements have been made with Lauren Crowley or Rhonda Peckham.  (lcrowley@litchfieldsd.org or rpeckham@windhamsd.org)
  • A block of rooms has been reserved for the SNA NH Conference, please follow this link for reservations and information:  Book your group rate for School Nutrition Association of New Hampshire Room rate is $129.00/night plus taxes, etc. Last day to book group rate is Monday, July 29, 2025.
