4:00  Menu Concepts - Lots of menu ideas using products that will be featured in the last hour of this training. Learn from Cindy McManus, Ned Hawkins, Shelly Hill and Bethany Swain.

5:00 Vendor Samples - come hungry!

This training will be held in the Oyster River HS Cafeteria at 55 Coe Drive, Durham, NH. 

Our supportive Platinum Industry Sponsors will showcase their goods from 5:00 to 6:00.  Samples!!!!

Only $10 for SNA members to attend and get 2 hours of training towards re-certification. $15 for non-members.
